Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Renewly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Renewly.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant Renewly a limited license to store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you (including extracting expiry dates and sending reminders).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, malware, or content you have no right to share. You agree not to attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
5. Reminders are not guarantees
Renewly helps you track renewals but does not renew documents on your behalf with any government body or third party automatically. You remain solely responsible for the timely renewal of your documents. See our Disclaimer.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renewly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed renewals, fines, penalties, or loss of data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
